The 0.5 GPH (± 2L/h) Emitter is a pressure compensated dripper that provides an extremely accurate and consistent water release. This emitter is ideal for replacing clogged or worn drippers or when you are starting a new grow cycle and want to start with fresh emitters.

Maintenance and Prevention of Clogs

For optimal operation of the emitters we recommend:

• Install Lateral Flush Valve to flush residual salts and dirt from the pipes.

• Disc Filter to be placed between the pump and the supply line to prevent blockages.

• Residue Agent or Pipe Cleaner , such as Root Drip or Wet HoCL , should be used to extend the life of the emitters.

Adequacy of Nutrients

This micro irrigation system is only suitable for synthetic and mineral plant nutrition . The use of organic fertilizers is not recommended, because they can quickly clog the emitters.
