TERMS OF SALE, REFUND AND DELIVERY ("TERMS")

Sales and Refund Policy

Hello, Thank you for shopping at NPK Store. We appreciate your interest in purchasing tools that help you effectively and efficiently feed your plants. We also want to ensure that your experience researching, evaluating, and purchasing our products matches the convenience our tools provide you and your plants, whether you are in the NPK Online Store or speaking with an NPK Store representative over the phone.

As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at the NPK Store. We’ll keep it short so you can get back to your plants. The most important thing to remember is that by placing an order with the NPK Store, you agree to the terms and conditions below.

Standard Return Policy

We are confident that you will be happy with the tools you purchase from the NPK Store. That’s because the team at the NPK Store goes to great lengths to ensure that all of our products are designed and engineered to give you and your plants what you need to grow. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expect. When that happens, we want you to know what to do:

• Ordered the wrong product? Changed your mind? No problem. Simply return new, unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Be sure to include your packing slip and/or order information in the box. You'll cover the cost of return shipping.
• NPK Store strives to be perfect, but if for any reason you receive the wrong item or a broken tool, you can file a return within 30 days and we will pay the shipping costs. Simply email us at orders@npkstore.nl and make sure to include your order number in all communications.

Refund

Your time and money are valuable. You can expect a full refund for returned items within four weeks of giving your package to the carrier. However, this is the maximum time, we will do everything we can to get it back to you sooner.

This estimated time period includes the maximum transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Prices and price reductions/corrections

NPK Store reserves the right to change prices for products displayed on/at the NPK Store at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may occur inadvertently. Should the NPK Store reduce the price of an item after your purchase, we cannot adjust prices retroactively.

The prices shown are in Euros. If you are paying for your order with an international credit card from Visa, MasterCard or American Express, please note that the purchase price may fluctuate due to exchange rates. Additionally, your bank or credit card company may also charge you for foreign conversion fees and charges, which may increase the total cost of your purchase. Please contact your bank or credit card company regarding these charges.

Acceptance/confirmation of order

NPK Store may, in its sole discretion, refuse or cancel any order and limit the quantity of any order. NPK Store may also request additional qualifying information prior to accepting or processing any order. Once we receive your online order, you will receive an order confirmation from us via email. However, your receipt of an order confirmation does not mean that NPK Store accepts your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell; we merely confirm that we have received your order. NPK Store reserves the right to accept or refuse your order for any reason at any time after receipt of your order. If NPK Store cancels an order after you have already been invoiced, NPK Store will refund the invoiced amount.

Shipping and delivery

NPK Store uses discreet packaging to deliver your tools. We work with the best carriers in the industry to ensure your order reaches you on time. On our secure checkout page, you will see the item description, price, and delivery location. Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an interactive email with tracking information.

Since the actual delivery of your order can be affected by many events outside of NPK Store's control once it leaves our warehouse, NPK Store cannot be held liable for late deliveries. However, we will always work with you to ensure a smooth delivery.

Reordered tools

We want you to be able to use your tools in your garden as soon as possible. By ordering today, you have reserved your place in line when backordered items arrive at our warehouse. If an item is marked as backordered in your order, you will receive it within a maximum of 4-8 weeks. However, please note that this is a maximum. If we receive it sooner, you will have it sooner, as our preorders are our highest priority. Once your backordered item has been shipped to you from our warehouse, you will receive an email with interactive tracking information.
